Mark joins Ally Hoadley, the ecologist leading an Edinburgh Nature Network project in Leith, to find out about how biodiversity can be enhanced in the so-called ‘concrete jungle’. 

Helen has been admiring the almost finished masterpiece that is Coire Mhic Nobuil - a pathway in Torridon. She finds out more from National Trust for Scotland’s mountain footpath manager, Bob Brown. 

Rachel realises how part of the River Peffery has been rerouted as part of a major project to restore natural habitats and to reduce the risk of flooding in Dingwall. She chats with Richard Lockett about it all.
