Ellie Dixon plays a Sofa Session for Jo.

Ellie is a Cambridge-born 24-year-old who creates her own alt-pop tracks from her bedroom studio. She samples anything she can find around the house, including saucepans, mugs and more!

Ellie’s most recent single, Big Lizard Energy, follows debut track Swing!, which was Jo’s infatuation in November 2022. 

Ahead of her UK headline tour in May, we asked Ellie to SWING! by the BBC Maida Vale studios to play a sofa session for Jo. Her set includes recent singles, as well as a never-before-heard vintage cover!
