Gordon Ramsay searches for the country’s most exciting and innovative new food and drink business. He has hand-picked 12 of the UK’s best up-and-coming food and drink entrepreneurs, who will compete to earn his investment – a whopping £150,000 of his own cash.

Tonight, Gordon invites his entrepreneurs to Glenapp Castle in Scotland, where he challenges them to create banquets celebrating his homeland. Can they meet Gordon’s exacting standards?
