Step into Arlo’s inner world for an hour of music and musings on creativity, comfort and inspiration. She’s called it Dream Fuel - a scrapbook in sound of her favourite tracks, poems, personal voice notes, field recordings and special guests. Always someone who enjoys curating and making mixtapes for her friends and family, Dream Fuel is Arlo’s mixtape for you, creating a space where people can talk about the things that are important to them and the music that moves, comforts and inspires them. 

In this first episode, Arlo shares music from some of her favourite artists including Mazzy Star, Dean Blunt and Gal Costa, and thoughts on stargazing, purpose and dreams coming true.

Arlo is also joined by her first guest, the musician and her friend and tour-mate Clairo. Together they share songs that have seen them through tough times, from Elliott Smith to Joni Mitchell, discover the power of a jaw harp’s boing and reflect on how music can help in working on loving yourself for who you are right now.  

Arlo Parks is a London born singer-songwriter and poet, who came onto the music scene back in 2019. Her debut album, Collapsed in Sunbeams, won the 2021 Mercury Prize, and in the same year she won Best New Artist at the Brit Awards.
