BBC One's Morning Live presenter Gethin Jones has set himself a challenge for this year's Red Nose Day: he has taken on a Strictly Fitness challenge to dance for a whole 24 hours in aid of Comic Relief. Sean Rafferty talks to Gethin and suggests some dancing tunes... 
 
Streetwise Opera look forward to their upcoming performances of new micro-operas with The Sixteen and the BBC Concert Orchestra across the UK. 'Re:sound' is their new production which explores the cities through the voices of people who have been homeless. Artistic director Martin Constantine, musician Aga Serugo-Lugo, and performer Phillippa Marlowe-Hunt join Sean Rafferty in the studio.
