Ten days in, and it’s sink or swim for the trainees as they face the Water Element.

It’s sink or swim for the trainees as they face the daunting Water Element, and one trainee is tempted to ditch their Warrior.

The trainees have been on the island for ten days, and following the first elimination, the competition steps up a gear. With a Warrior up for grabs, the group are offered a dramatic opportunity to swap the one they already have – who will stick, and who will twist?
