Janice Forsyth chats to two of the stars of Laura Wade's hit comedy play Home, I'm Darling, which opens in Glasgow tonight. Plus news of this year's Edinburgh Science Festival.

Doc Martin star Jessica Ransom and Doctors star Diane Keen join Janice in the studio to talk about their roles in Laura Wade's hit comedy play Home I’m Darling, in which a couple indulge in a fantasy of 1950s nostalgia in an effort to keep their marriage alive and sparkling.   

Whether you loved science at school or not, the Edinburgh Science Festival aims to inspire you with exhibitions, performances and interactive experiences.  Creative Director Amanda Tyndall talks us through this year’s programme, which was launched this morning. 

Scottish Opera’s spring tour kicks off in East Kilbride this evening and the company will be taking live performance of opera highlights to 18 towns and villages in all corners of the country.  Two of the company’s leading talents will be telling us about tonight’s romantic programme of music, and about what it’s like to perform intimate concerts in village halls in far flung places. 

And as it’s Valentine’s Day we’ve enlisted a married couple - Jenny Niven and Heath Sheridan- to review three films for us in this week’s Tuesday Review.  They’ll be discussing Magic Mike’s Last Dance and Your Place or Mine as well as a classic, Roman Holiday, which is being re-released to mark its 75th anniversary.
