Broadcaster, Invictus Games Medalist, and former Royal Marine, JJ Chalmers, shares all about his new 8 part series which takes the audience on a journey to the very best escapes that Scotland has to offer and crowns one as ‘Scotland’s Greatest Escape’.

Award-winning composer Finn Anderson and actor Bethany Tennick take a break in the rehearsal room to tell Michelle about their new show, A Mother’s Song, which is a new musical that skips across 400 years of history as it journeys from Scotland to Ulster to West Virginia charting the evolution of traditional songs.

Film Critic Ali Harkness chats this week's latest film releases including the Oscar nominated mockumentary Marcel The Shell With Shoes On. 

And Glasgow writer Donella Campbell is in the studio to discuss her book The Girl Who Invented Dusty Springfield which reveals who the Pop Icon was and where she came from before she was famous.
