In the world of the mulefa, Lyra and Will reunite with Mary and hear a story that changes everything. But Father Gomez is also in this world, intent on killing ‘Eve’. Whilst searching for their daemons, Lyra comes close to danger but is saved by a forgotten ally. After an emotional reunion with their daemons, Lyra and Will are given a heartbreaking choice by Xaphania and Serafina. Lyra and Will must decide what they are willing to sacrifice if they are to save the worlds.
