Under Blue Skies at the CBS Arena for Doug King's first home game officially in charge of the club, Coventry City let in 4 and were left stunned by the Canaries quick start.
The Sky Blues conceded three goals in the space of twelve first-half minutes and while it looked as though they might make a comeback with two quick goals themselves in response; in the end it became the second successive home game where Mark Robin's men have let in four. It finished Coventry City 2-4 Norwich City.
On this week's Sky Blues Fancast Lorna, Dan and Sam look back at the defeat. They are joined by three Sky Blues Fans from the Coventry band The Mucks to try to work out whether it was Viktor Gyokeres' goal or Kasey Palmer's? They also look at the defensive performance and yes, there's talk about how much they are missing Kyle McFadzean.
They look back at our first look at Man City loan player, Josh Wilson-Esbrand. You'll also hear from him on this episode of the Fancast as well as the post match reaction and thoughts of manager Mark Robins. Chat also turns to the contract extension for goalkeeper Ben Wilson and Jake Bidwell's season so far. With sickness in the CWR ranks the match day team included former commentator for Coventry City in the premiership years, Rob Gurney, so he gives us his post match thoughts this week.
The Fancast also looks back on the #ClapforAmber on the 8th minute of the game in memory of a young Norwich City fan Amber Sheehy who died hours before her 9th birthday. Fans put their rivalry aside to come together for the little girl who had been being treated for cancer.
Up next for the Sky Blues it's the rearranged postponed fixture against Huddersfield at the CBS Arena and together the Fancast looks ahead at what might happen. Plus, Conner, Dunny and Kingston from The Mucks try to find a way to get on the half-time playlist at home matches - have we managed to sort that for them...? Show less
