Should school bullying be made a criminal offence?

Have we taken our eye off bullying?  Kaye talks to a Scots counsellor who says she’s “inundated” with bullied children and has written an open letter to first minister Nicola Sturgeon seeking more action to be taken on youth violence.  Angela Gilluley, practices in Kirkcaldy, specialises in person-centred therapy and has made a personal call for action.  She’s told the Daily Record that’s she is “drowning” in children who are victims of violent attacks from other children.  Is bullying getting worse rather than better?
