Please join Anneka Rice for your Festive Favourite... Junior Choice as she presents two hours of musical fun both old and new on Christmas morning.

We hope your bells are Jingling, you’ve decked the halls and Santa has already come to town, it’s time for your Festive Favourite… Junior Choice.

Oh yes! Anneka is back and for the next two hours she’s the girl with a bumper bag brimmed full of musical fun both old and new.  We’ll have dragons called Puff, elephants known as Nellie, a load of mice trapped in a windmill in Old Amsterdam, maybe even a little Baby Shark and, let’s face it, 'We Don’t Talk About Bruno'. Sing-along favourites for kids of all ages and, what’s more, the choice is down to you - the listener - as you get to choose. So while you’re peeling the spuds, scoring those Brussel sprouts and wrapping the last of the presents, get in touch! Plus, we have our own personal landmark - 70 years ago today, Christmas Day, the BBC Light Programme gave us Children's Choice, the first ever request show for children.
