Big Zuu meets comic actor Natasia Demetriou at an allotment in west London, where she reveals all her favourite foods and asks Zuu to come up with her perfect meal.

Natasia loves pasta, so after some local research, Zuu comes up with a unique twist on the Italian classic, cacio e pepe, by serving it in an edible bowl made of baked cheese. Natasia’s father ran a restaurant and used to throw uneaten baguettes down the toilet, but now Zuu wants to show that there is a luxurious dessert that could have been made with this leftover bread.
