Are we blind to racism and sexism? Do we need to see ourselves as others see us?

Footage of a rowdy flight from Edinburgh to Ibiza has been posted on social media. How do you deal with bad in-flight behaviour?

Scottish actor James McAvoy has spoken of the racial and sexually explicit abuse that was hurled at his female co-stars in  Glasgow. In an interview with British GQ  magazine the actor said he was left “scunnered".  The Glasgow born Hollywood star claimed that during a two-week stint of Cyrano de Bergerac in the city, most of the women of colour in the cast received abuse fairly regularly. Have you experienced racism and sexism in Scotland? Have you been made to feel uncomfortable? Would you confront it?
