Bryan Burnett travels across the country from Kirkcaldy to Portree to hear from the young people supported by Children in Need funded projects.

Bryan Burnett hears from a teenager who is living with end stage kidney disease, but enjoys the fun and support of an away weekend with other young people coping with kidney illness in Scotland. With the cost of living crisis biting hard for families there's a chance to hear of the North Ayrshire playscheme that ensures primary children get a bit of fun and a good healthy meal during the school holidays and Bryan visited the east end of Glasgow to find out about a group of young gardeners who were harvesting their crops. Plus we hear about youngsters on the Isle of Skye coping with some big responsibilities in their young lives while also dealing with the reality of remote island living.
