Amy hopes to fail her prestigious audition, and Piper wonders if that’s really a good idea. Meanwhile, Richelle and Shad try to convince Nick to invest in Step Inside.

Richelle and Shad work together to convince Nick to invest in Step Inside and must contend with his eager visions of what makes a good show. Piper and Amy decide to sabotage Amy’s audition for the Manhattan Institute of Drama and Dance for the sake of going pro with Step Inside, immediately regret the decision and try to undo it.
