How easy is it to have an electric car in Scotland?

One in four-public charging points for electric vehicles in Scotland was found to be faulty -- according to BBC analysis.  The Disclosure programme found over 500 problems on the network, with many drivers saying it's becoming increasingly unreliable.  The Scottish Government says they'll interrogate the BBC's findings with officials.
