Melanie, 'Sporty Spice', has created a very personal mix of music, sharing the memories wrapped up in each song. From childhood to the present day, we hear the tunes that have been the accompaniment to her life so far. 

With Stevie Wonder as one of her earliest memories, music has always played a huge part in Mel’s life.  From Madonna to Blur via Lizzo and The Happy Mondays, this is a celebration of music and a wonderful hour spent in Melanie's company!
