We join Snoochie in Wolverhampton, where Premier League football academy Wolves FC are looking to hire a promising assistant coach to join their team. But who will get the job between ex-army ‘Mr Serious’ Fin, enthusiastic student Liam and radiographer, and part-time community coach Shalim?

It’s all to play for in challenge one as our candidates are thrown in at the deep end in the world-famous Wolves stadium. After reviewing some clips, they are tasked with giving a team talk to Premier League football player Luke Cundle, in the Wolves changing room, all under the analytical eye of Lioness Katie Zelem and boss Jon. Can they stay cool under the pressure and get Luke to trust their advice?

For their second challenge, it’s back to basics in the state-of-the-art academy, as Jon wants to see how our candidates coach a real-life team. They must inspire and motivate to come out on top. Show less
