A daughter celebrates her mother's struggle through difficult times, playfully remembering the way she had to adapt constantly to nurture and protect her family.

With strong language and animation, New Meanings is part of the Words First series, commissioned to celebrate the finalists of the 2022 BBC Words First talent development scheme.
