Seonaid Aitken features session music from saxophonist Brian Molley and his quartet with special guest, Indian percussionist Krishna Kishor. Brian’s group are about to embark on a Scottish tour with Krishna featuring a stellar line-up of players including drummer Stu Brown, bassist Brodie Jarvie and pianist Dan Brown. Tonight’s Song Book with pianist Richard Michael looks at the 1920’s classic composed by Jack Palmer & Spencer Williams ‘I’ve Found A New Baby’. Plus the latest pick of new releases alongside classics including cuts from Camilla George, Ragawerk, Nina Simone and Keith Jarrett.
