Swimming is in the spotlight on day four as Australian superstar Emma McKeon looks to add to her incredible haul of eight Commonwealth gold medals. 

Swimming is in the spotlight on day four at the 2022 Commonwealth Games as seven gold medals are up for grabs in Birmingham.

The impressive Sandwell Aquatics Centre, built especially for these games, plays host to a number of swimmers who won medals at the 2020 Olympics. Australian superstar Emma McKeon, who topped the podium four times in Tokyo, looks to add to her incredible haul of eight Commonwealth golds. Home Nations interest will focus on England’s Paralympic champion Maisie Summers-Newton in the SB6 100m breaststroke and her compatriot Abbie Wood in the women’s 200m individual medley.
