A yo-yo dieter from Glasgow and a busy mum from Sanquhar embark on an undercover transformation - but will their secret body suits keep their efforts hidden from family and friends?

This episode features yo-yo dieter Jasyn and busy mum Rosi. Jasyn is originally from South Australia, but is now living in Glasgow. Keen to shake off an all-or-nothing approach to health, Jasyn would like to drop weight for a photo shoot and resurrect his drag act. Meanwhile, mum-of-three Rosi, from Sanquhar, wants to enjoy a healthier future and be fit enough to join her 69-year-old mum for a round of golf.

With just 12 weeks to establish new nutrition and fitness routines – and a secret body suit to keep their efforts under wraps – will they manage to turn their dreams into a reality and give their family and friends a memorable surprise?
