BBC weather presenter Carol Kirkwood tells Janice about her new novel Hotel on the Riviera

Professor Brian Cox tells Janice about bringing his live show Horizons: A 21st Century Space Odyssey, asking big questions about our place in the universe, to Scotland this autumn.

Janice Forsyth is joined by Scottish BBC Weather presenter, the ever sunny Carol Kirkwood to hear about her new Summer novel The Hotel on the Riviera. 
 
Carol isn’t the only guest looking to the skies - things can only get better as Professor Brian Cox tells Janice about bringing his live tour Horizons: A 21st Century Space Odyssey, asking the big questions about our place in the universe, to Scotland this autumn.
 
From a former pop star to a contemporary award winning jazz artist, Georgia Cecile performs live songs in our Edinburgh studio just ahead of her performance at the Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival on the same evening.
