This episode features jewellery maker Joan and community DJ Lee. Joan fears her life has locked down as her weight has crept up. Desperate to return to the active lifestyle she once enjoyed, she has her heart set on being able to go kayaking. Meanwhile, busy DJ Lee longs to be slim, fit and confident enough to be able to enjoy a dance with his wife.

With just 12 weeks to establish new nutrition and fitness routines – and a secret body suit to keep their efforts under wraps – will they manage to turn their dreams into a reality, and give their family and friend’s a memorable surprise?
