Far Right groups have increasingly been co-opting Norse symbols and mythology in recent years. Tom Birkett, lecturer in Old English at University College Cork, explains why they are appropriating this era in history and how films like the soon to be released Thor: Love and Thunder can counter such narratives.

Founder of Sistema Scotland, Richard Holloway, William Stewart who played cello in that 2012 concert and community arts specialist Ruth Rankin explore how the arts can help young people to reach their full potential. 

Trishna Singh OBE joins Connie to speak about her memoir, A Silent Voice Speaks, which looks at the realities of growing up Sikh in Scotland and the obstacles that she worked hard to overcome; an inspirational story that will resonate with women who have ever faced barriers because of their gender or ethnicity.
