Local government officer Martin aspires to be a vigilante, despite high blood pressure.

Martin is disgusted by the state of council bins and aspires to be a vigilante. Stars Reece Dinsdale. From October 2006.

Martin is horrified to hear that certain individuals are doing despicable things to council waste bins. 

He makes the mistake of lying in-wait for them with community ranger Matt Jessop.
