Step into Arlo’s inner world for an hour of music and musings on creativity, comfort and inspiration. She’s called it Dream Fuel - a scrapbook in sound of her favourite tracks, poems, personal voice notes, field recordings and special guests. 

In this episode Arlo is joined by the American singer-songwriter and producer Maggie Rogers to swap some of their favourite songs, from Fleetwood Mac to Nick Drake. Together they reflect on how to balance expectations versus reality, the importance of just making things as freely as possible, and what music had the biggest impacts on their teenage selves.

Elsewhere Arlo shares some of the music that she’s had on repeat recently, including FKA Twigs, Men I Trust and The Durutti Column, as well as some thoughts on bringing it down to the core and feeling grounded. 

Arlo Parks is a London born singer-songwriter and poet, who came onto the music scene back in 2019. Her debut album, Collapsed in Sunbeams, won the 2021 Mercury Prize, and in the same year she won Best New Artist at the Brit Awards.
