Katie Piper sits in for Dr Rangan Chatterjee and chats Clodagh McKenna. The UK-based Irish chef speaks on the theme of Sustainable Living as she's aiming to live completely sustainably by 2024. Living completely sustainably isn't an option for everyone, but she shares tips and advice on how anyone can live in a way that lessens their impact on the environment while also consuming healthy and cheaper fresh food. She also describes how sustainable living has had a positive impact on her own mental health.
