Six people shot dead at an Independence Day parade in Chicago

Police said the suspect appeared to have targeted the parade's attendees at random with a high-powered rifle

After a manhunt lasting several hours, a person of interest in the shooting of six people in Chicago at a 4th July parade has been arrested.
