We'll be covering the Balmoral Show as well as celebrating the King Moss Cycling Club. 

Anne Marie introduces our roving reporter Helen Mark at the Balmoral Show, who will be looking at Ulster Wool, the people behind the scenes and live music too. 

We're coming from right in the centre of the Balmoral Show as Helen Mark talks to the people behind the scenes, as well as looking at how the Woman's Institute strives to improve conditions in rural life. The Kings Moss Cycling club talks to us about their 100 years celebrations, and the Woodland Trust explain the importance of bluebell woods in the UK.
