A new study has found just a third of 10 and 11 year olds are meeting activity targets. So who or what is to blame for our youngsters doing less? Gaming? Mobiles? Over protective parents not letting them out to play? Being driven to school instead of walking? Tell us how your children and grandchildren compared to when you were the same age.
