Obesity is reaching "epidemic proportions" in Europe, and it’s being fuelled by online gaming and meal delivery apps. That’s the warning in a World Health Organisation report which says 60 percent of Europe’s adults are either overweight or obese, and that the pandemic made things worse. The UK has the second highest proportion of obese adults, behind Malta. So what do you blame for our expanding waistlines? Takeaways? Over eating? Buy one get one free offers? Gaming and box sets?
