The Civil War Memory Project aims to collect the oral history of the community relating to the Civil War (1922-1923). We hear from the Director of the National Folklore Collection, Dr Críostóir Mac Cárthaigh, who is leading the project. Young Plato, a feature-length documentary film about the integration of philosophy into the education of pupils at Holy Cross Boys Primary School in north Belfast, will be shown on BBC One NI on Monday. We chat to Declan McGrath, co-director of the film. And looking to international news, France’s election race is underway – journalist John Maguire gives us the latest.
