Exploring the heritage of Killinchy, an Ulster-Scots guide as you head out for a dander, studying two centuries of local history, and a mum’s poems for Mother’s Day.

Helen Mark meets the Rev Stanley Gamble at Killinchy Parish and learns more about the rich Ulster-Scots heritage that led to the building of the Church’s new Livingstone Centre. 
Willie Hill also heads to County Down to find out how to add an Ulster-Scots dimension to a good walk in the company of Graham Little – the guide for the “Danders Aroon” series of online videos.
If you’re a bit vague on local history, William Roulston’s offering a free, five-part course covering key events from 1600 to 1800 – Helen had a chat with him to hear more of what’s planned.
And for Mother’s Day, two short poems in English and Scots from Angeline King – written from the perspective of a mum.
