In the reverse fixture earlier in the season, a 3-0 win by the Red Devils helped spell the end for Spurs boss Nuno Espirito Santo, who was sacked in the aftermath of the match. 

A lot has happened since, with Tottenham appointing Antonio Conte and United themselves changing manager with club legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer departing. 

Performances haven’t improved drastically for either club, so three points are crucial in the battle for the Champions League places.
