The Afternoon’s Show reporter, Catrina Rose  is live from StAnza, Scotland’s international poetry festival taking place in St Andrews this week.  

StAnza is an international festival and we’ll hear from Ukranian poet Lyuba Yakimchuk who has travelled from Kiev to St Andrews to take part in this festival. We’ll also hear from festival director Lucy Barnett and two of Scotland’s Young Makars who will be taking part in an event just after speaking to Catrina.

Catrina will also have her poetry picks from content submitted by our listeners to BBC Upload.

Ahead of their gig at Garage in Glasgow, we have a live session from alternative rock band DAYTIME TV.

Travis guitarist Andy Dunlop faces a grilling from Paul English in this week’s Getting to Know You.
