The whole community has come together to create a 'nice neighbourhood' map at the community centre, and a reporter is on the way to take a photograph for the local newspaper. But there is still a lot to do, and everyone is rushing around to try and get the map finished before the reporter arrives.

Biff and Chip both want to prove that they are the nicest neighbours on the map. As their competitiveness takes over, they become a little too helpful, and the map gets destroyed!
