Dad and Chip are helping Sam make a special cake for Kerry. It's a surprise, and Sam cannot wait for Kerry to see it. But Mum sees Sam and realises there is a problem - Kerry is also coming to make a surprise gift for Sam. How can they help Sam and Kerry while keeping both surprises secret?

Mum and Biff take Kerry upstairs, where they start making a beautiful wind chime featuring lots of Sam’s favourite things. Dad and Chip stay downstairs, where they finish Sam’s special cake for Kerry. But as Sam and Kerry both move from room to room, the Robinsons have to act quickly to keep them apart and save their surprises.
