The search continues for the best School Soloists from across Northern Ireland, as Kerry McLean welcomes pupils to sing in the second Primary and Senior Secondary heats.

Kerry McLean welcomes pupils From across Northern Ireland to Blackstaff House in Belfast as the search continues for BBC Northern Ireland School Soloist of the Year 2022. 

There are three categories in this year’s competition, with Primary (P5 to P7, inclusive), Junior Secondary (Year 8 to 11, inclusive) and Senior Secondary (Year 12 to 14, inclusive). 

This week we hear singers in the third of three Primary and third of six Senior Secondary heats, with two from each making it through to the semi-finals
