This episode features twentysomething Jack and working mum Lisa. Jack is from Newton Mearns, and despite an active lifestyle, has always felt bigger than his peers and longs to lose enough weight to be able to take a flying lesson in a light aircraft. Meanwhile, working mum Lisa dreams of being able to compete in the Loch Ness Beast Race and enjoy a reunion with her old pals.

With just 12 weeks to establish new nutrition and fitness routines – and a secret body suit to keep their efforts under wraps – will they manage to turn their dreams into a reality and give their family and friends a memorable surprise?
