Ankur takes a trip down memory lane with guest DJs and music producer DJ Illatek, founder of Hive Media Samir Ahmed and Asian Network’s Breakfast presenter Harpz Kaur about the rise and influence of garage music on the Asian music scene. This comes after the release of two garage films called Pirates by presenter Reggie Yates and The Birth of Punjabi Music. 

Ankur also chats to this years Great British Bake Off finalist Crystelle about getting to the final, her favourite recipes from the competition - and he gets some baking tips and advice from her and guests founder of Keep it Cake Obair Mehmood, avid baker Nahid and columnist Zara Janjua.
