Olaf Scholz takes over as the head of a new coalition government

Germany has a new chancellor and a new coalition government at the helm. We discuss its ecological ambitions for the German economy with Dieter Janacek, an MP for the Green Party. Canada has become the latest country to announce that no government representatives will be sent to the Beijing Winter Olympics next year, due to human rights concerns. And with worrying signs that Russia may be planning new military action in Ukraine, the BBC's Janet Barrie speaks to businesses in Ukraine's second city, Kharkiv, to see how they are are faring. Kharkiv is just 40 kilometres from the Russian border and was once a highly successful industrial centre.
