PHONE IN: Equal Pay Day
It's Equal Pay Day - the day of the year the Fawcett Society say women in the UK effectively, on average, stop earning relative to men. This year they are urging employers to stop asking jobseekers about their previous salary as they say it contributes the gender pay gap. It comes as official data shows the gender pay gap has been declining slowly over time, but that the pandemic has caused it to widen again.

Stephen asks:
