Nicola hears about the pioneering plans of Glasgow nightclub SWG3 to capture body heat from clubbers on the dancefloor, and use it to heat the building. 

Matt Baker checks in as he pedals across the country on this year's Children in Need Rickshaw Challenge.

And a new book, Brickwork - A Biography of The Arches, tells the story of the arts venue and nightclub which between 1991 and 2015 had a unique place in Scotland's cultural scene.
