Renowned choreographer, dancer and actress Kaelynn 'KK' Harris is the resident dance expert, and she is joined by a series of guest judges. The series also features Jamie Laing, who himself is no stranger to the dance floor, having reached the 2020 Strictly final.

The couples are put to the test with the first dance-off, while emotions run high in the house.

With less than 24 hours to go before the couples perform the first dance-off, emotions are running high at the house. One of the rookies reveals he’s catching feels, while a pro confesses they are more in the friend zone.

Later, Jamie and KK surprise the couples at rehearsals, where some of the couples are finding it challenging. Sparks fly for one pair when they share their first kiss in the rehearsal studio.
