Bestselling Irish novelist Colm Toibin joins Janice to talk about his new novel The Magician, based on the life of Nobel Prize winning German writer Thomas Mann. 

Janice talks to Irish actor Niall Buggy about performing Samuel Beckett’s one man play Krapp’s Last Tape, and to Linda McLean and Maureen Beattie about McLean’s new companion piece to Beckett’s play, Go On.

Two members of the cast of comedy series The Goes Wrong Show join Janice ahead of their new TV series which begins tonight on BBC One. 

The presenter and producer of the official Strictly podcast, Kim Winston dishes up all the backstage news from this Saturday’s episode.
