Linda hears from listener Louise, who on behalf of her friend Roisin, wants to know why Personal Independence Payment assessments here are being cancelled at short notice, with Rachel Jeffers of the Law Centre NI live. 

With a groundbreaking agreement now reached between the RNIB, TV Licensing and the Health and Social Care Board, making the process of applying for a Blind Concession TV Licence easier, Robert Shilliday, RNIB NI Interim Director along with Professor Jonathan Jackson, Head of Optometry at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast, discuss these changes. 

As a new University term is on the horizon, Linda speaks to Policy and Practitioner Support Officer for Housing Rights Faith Westwood, and QUB Student Union President Katie Ní Chléire, on tips for students when renting accommodation, landlord rights, and what help is available. 

Plus, BBC Consumer Affairs Correspondent Colletta Smyth talks QR codes and Lindsey Parslow of the charity Business2Schools, talks the success of the BBC campaign, 'Make a Difference Give a Laptop'.
