Eric Graham longed for beaches and barbecues in Australia, but wife Rachel wasn’t so keen. Three years later, has he persuaded his family to make the move down under?

Eric Graham wanted his young daughters to have the same kind of outdoor lifestyle he had growing up in Ghana, and longed for the sunshine-filled life he was used to. Wife Rachel thought he was living in a dream world and that leaving their comfortable home in the UK behind was a ridiculous idea. Could a week exploring the Australian way of life convince her it was a possibility? And three years on, have Eric’s dreams become a reality?
