Nicola Meighan is in the heart of the city to bring us the best of the Edinburgh Festivals including Del Amitri, Ambrose Parry, Mara Menzies and We Came To Dance.

Del Amitri make their Edinburgh Fringe debut this year, Nicola finds out how they’re feeling ahead of their trio of shows.

The cast of We Came To Dance chat to Nicola about the new show which is a fully interactive experience for the audience which uses rhythm, dance, and song to relay a call to action about the tragedy of a changing climate. 

Chris Brookmyre and Marisa Haetzman are Ambrose Parry. They drop in to discuss Scotland’s crime writing explosion which is the subject of their Edinburgh International Book Festival event this week and tell Nicola about their new book A Corruption of Blood.

And Mara Menzies talks to Nicola ahead of her book festival event Mara Menzies: A Story of Identity.
